GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration.
 
Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.
 
When you are choosing the organization that will receive your very generous gift, please consider Council on Aging.  We’ve got a GivingTuesday goal this year of raising $10,000—enough to provide 2,500 additional meals for seniors, who, due to illness or injury, can’t cook for themselves or shop for groceries.
