The launch of Aging Together was a wonderful success. Thank you to Schroeder Hall, Green Music Center Sonoma State University, the Aging Together Sonoma County committee, Author Roz Chast, and everyone who attended and assisted with the event!

The five major challenges that our senior population are currently facing are:
Poverty, Housing, Isolation, Transportation and Barriers to Healthy Living

We need your help in addressing these challenges in the community through 7 identified pillars – Community Connectedness, Transportation, Varied Housing Options, Resources for Healthy Living, Lifelong Learning, Employment & Financial Security and Access to Coordinated Health & Community Based Services.
